Delivery Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with SCALES HOME, you (“Client,” “User,” “Customer”) expressly acknowledge, accept, and agree to the following Delivery Terms, which form an integral and legally binding component of our Terms & Conditions and all associated sales agreements:

2. Delivery Timelines & Weight-Based Estimates

2.1. Delivery timelines are provided as good-faith estimates only and may vary depending on product specifications, logistics capacity, and external conditions.

2.2. Subject to completion of production and quality-control procedures, standard delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • For items weighing below 500 kg: Delivery may take between five (5) to fifteen (15) working days) from the date the order is released from production.

  • For items weighing above 500 kg: Delivery may require between twenty-one (21) to sixty (60) working days) due to specialized handling, lifting equipment, transportation requirements, and safety procedures.

2.3. These timelines do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. By accepting these terms, you waive any claim against SCALES HOME for delays that fall within or reasonably beyond these estimated ranges.

3. Production Queue, Seasonal Impact & Operational Delays

3.1. All delivery schedules are directly dependent on the production queue, internal workload, and availability of raw materials. You acknowledge that high-volume periods may extend normal processing and dispatch times.

3.2. Seasonal factors, including but not limited to national holidays, high-demand seasons, weather impact, import delays, or logistics restrictions, may extend delivery timeframes without prior notice.

3.3. SCALES HOME shall not be held liable for any delay resulting from:

  • Production capacity limitations

  • Supplier delays

  • Transportation restrictions or governmental inspections

  • Force majeure events, including extreme weather, accidents, or operational shutdowns

4. Delivery Obligations & Client Responsibility

4.1. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery details (address, contact information, access logistics) are accurate and complete. Any failed delivery attempt resulting from inaccurate information shall be re-scheduled at the Customer’s cost.

4.2. For oversized or heavy items, the Customer must ensure proper access, clearance, and readiness of the delivery location. Delivery crews are not responsible for structural modifications, dismantling obstacles, or performing unsafe maneuvers.

5. Non-Liability for Delays

5.1. SCALES HOME shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, inconvenience, commercial impact, or consequential damages arising from delays within the estimated delivery ranges or delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
