• Production typically begins within two (2) working days of order confirmation.

• Any cancellation or refund request submitted after production begins may be subject to non-refundable deductions, determined solely by SCALES HOME, reflecting materials, labor, manufacturing stages, or expenses incurred as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

• You waive any right to dispute such deductions, except where prohibited by applicable mandatory law.

1.5. Compliance With Our Return & Refund Policy
Your use of the website and your purchase of any product constitutes full acceptance of the SCALES HOME Return & Refund Policy, which forms an inseparable component of these Terms & Conditions.
You expressly agree that:

• All returns must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.

• Returns that fail to comply with the stated conditions may be rejected at the sole discretion of SCALES HOME.

• You are solely responsible for providing accurate information, removing passwords or security locks from devices, and ensuring proper packaging when initiating a return.

1.6. Immediate Termination of Access
A breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent behavior, unlawful misuse, chargeback abuse, tampering with production processes, or violation of return requirements, shall result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
